Demetris Charalambous is an interior designer specializing in restaurant and hospitality environments that merge storytelling with operational precision. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a Master’s degree in Exhibition Experience Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York.
With a multidisciplinary background in interiors, exhibition design, and environmental experience, Demetris creates immersive dining spaces where atmosphere, function, and brand identity work in harmony. His work spans modern Mediterranean restaurants, large-scale dining halls, intimate bars, and multi-level hospitality concepts across the United States.
