Almyra is conceived as a contemporary homage to the Mediterranean—an atmosphere where texture, light, and nature converge to create an immersive dining environment.
The design centers around a sculptural radial ceiling of warm timber, radiating outward like a sunburst and grounding the bar as the heart of the space. Bougainvillea canopies unfurl throughout the dining rooms, weaving color and movement overhead while soft, diffused daylight enters through linen-draped windows, creating a serene interplay between brightness and shadow.
Curved banquettes, handcrafted pottery, and natural stone surfaces introduce a tactile materiality—each element selected for its quiet authenticity and connection to craftsmanship. A glass-enclosed wine room forms a luminous architectural moment, balancing transparency with structure. Custom lighting, from botanical pendants to textured concrete shades, enriches the vertical space and reinforces Almyra’s sense of narrative and place.
Through layered greenery, warm illumination, and a palette rooted in earth and sea, Almyra becomes more than a restaurant—it becomes a landscape of memory, transporting guests to a coastal world shaped by sun, flora, and timeless Mediterranean aesthetics.
