In collaboration with the New York–based architecture and interiors firm Skordas Design Studio, Demetris led the interior design scope of a beach resort renovation in Cyprus, overseeing design documentation and construction administration.
The project involved a comprehensive upgrade of the existing bungalows and swimming pools, along with the construction of new roads and landscaping. The main building was also extensively renovated, featuring a redesigned main entrance to the reception and lobby lounge, as well as newly developed spaces including a cocktail bar, cafeteria, buffet area, main dining hall, upscale restaurant, outdoor taverna, sushi bar, and pool bar.
