In collaboration with Monaco-based design firm CasaManara, renowned for their work on Rampoldi in Monte Carlo, Demetris has led the design and built of Rampoldi NYC—a new restaurant for the Monte Carlo Hospitality Group. Guided by the design principles set forth by Manara's design team, we meticulously integrated a multitude of elements to ensure a seamless and identical aesthetic for both locations. The majority of materials, including bespoke furniture and exquisite lighting fixtures, were meticulously crafted and imported from Italy.
